    EEUU denuncia por DUMPING contra la MIEL argentina duration: 08:10

    La American Honey Producers Association y la Sioux Honey Association, presentaron una petición por dúmping contra la miel de Argentina, Brasil, India, Vietnam y Ucrania. solicitud presentada por los demandantes. La denuncia es analizada por dos instituciones en Estados Unidos: el Departamento de Comercio, equivalente a lo que nosotros conocemos como el Departamento de Comercio Interior, y la Comisión de Comercio Internacional de los Estados Unidos (ITC), que es la comisión equivalente al rol que cumple nuestro Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Culto y Comercio Internacional. Primero el Departamento de Comercio analiza si la solicitud es razonable, si hay motivos suficientes para investigar y si se ha producido un daño a la industria nacional. Luego de eso, se expide la Comisión de Comercio Internacional. Toda la industria Argentina son demandadas, el Departamento de Comercio -por razones de volúmen- elige algunas para investigar.
